Support

A person answers. We aim to reply the same business day, and always within one.

Email us

Write to support@provendry.com from any device. Include your mill's name and, if it is about a specific record, the formula or order number — it saves a round trip.

Already signed in? Open Support in the app to file a ticket. Replies appear in the same thread and are emailed to you.

Common Questions

I can't sign in
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page — it sends a single-use link that expires after an hour. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check junk mail, then write to us and we will reset it by hand.
Someone left the business
An administrator can remove them under Settings → Team. Their formulas, orders and customer records stay with the organization; only their access goes away.
A number looks wrong
Send the formula or order number and what you expected to see. Costs recalculate from ingredient prices, so a changed ingredient price is the usual explanation — the audit log under Settings shows what changed and when.
Billing and Invoices
Administrators manage the subscription under Settings → Subscription on the web, including payment method and receipts.
Feature Requests
Signed-in users can file one under Support in the app; it lands with us directly and we answer in the same thread.

Your Account and Your Data

You can delete your own account at any time from Settings → Profile inside the app. Deleting your account removes your sign-in, your profile and your access to every organization you belong to.

The business records your organization owns — formulas, orders, customers, inventory and the audit trail — stay with the organization, because they belong to the mill rather than to any one employee. If you are the owner of an organization and other people work in it, hand ownership to another administrator first — the option is under Settings → Team. If you are the only person in it, the organization is kept intact without an owner rather than deleted, and we can reassign it to whoever takes over the business.
